What to bring to the movement sessions: dress comfortably that allows for movement and layers for warmth or becoming too warm, water is available, however it is suggested to BYO water bottle and yoga mat for movement sessions that may require one. Please review the Cancellation & Booking Policy for individually purchased classes. When Booked with an Unlimited Plan or the Introductory: there are no cancellation penalties if you cancel the movement session the same day.
